Your privacy matters deeply to us. Innerly collects only the information necessary to provide you with a personalised self-discovery experience. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. What you share with Innerly stays with Innerly.

We collect the following information when you use Innerly:

  • Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google
  • Profile information — optional details you choose to share such as city, occupation, date of birth, and gender
  • Assessment responses — your answers to assessment questions and the resulting scores and reports
  • Usage information — basic data about how you interact with the platform, such as which assessments you have taken and when

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Generate and display your assessment reports
  • Allow you to track your results over time
  • Send you transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset
  • Improve the accuracy and relevance of our assessments

We do not use your assessment responses for advertising purposes or share them with any third party for commercial use.

4. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a cloud database platform with servers in the Asia-Pacific region. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your personal data is strictly limited and protected.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Download a copy of your assessment reports

6. Cookies

Innerly uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

Innerly uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • Netlify — website hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Innerly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
