All content available on theinnerly.com and through Innerly's services — including but not limited to the following — is owned by or licensed to Innerly:

• Assessment instruments, question sets, and scoring methodologies
• Interpretation frameworks, facet descriptions, and personality profiles
• Generated reports and report templates
• Website design, layout, graphics, illustrations, and visual elements
• Written content including descriptions, narratives, explanations, and marketing copy
• The Innerly name, logo, symbol, tagline ("Within Lies Clarity"), and brand identity
• Source code underlying the Innerly platform

Innerly's personality assessment is built on items adapted from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), which is a public domain resource made available by researchers for scientific and non-commercial use. Innerly's adaptations — including language, cultural calibration, scoring, and interpretation frameworks — are original works and remain Innerly's intellectual property.

The Couples Compatibility assessment is inspired by the PREPARE/ENRICH methodology. Innerly's implementation, instrument design, scoring, and interpretive content are independently developed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original PREPARE/ENRICH programme.

Users of Innerly are permitted to:

• Take assessments and access their own results for personal use
• Download and retain their own generated PDF reports for personal reference
• Share their personal reports with individuals of their choosing

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written permission from Innerly:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of Innerly's assessment instruments, scoring logic, or interpretive frameworks
• Using Innerly's content for commercial purposes, including resale, consulting, or training programmes
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting Innerly's proprietary algorithms or methodologies
• Framing or embedding Innerly's platform within another website or application without permission
• Using the Innerly name, logo, or brand identity in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content from the Innerly platform

The personalised reports generated for you are yours to keep and use for personal reflection and decision-making. However, the underlying templates, interpretive text, scoring logic, and structural design of those reports remain Innerly's intellectual property. Sharing your personal report is permitted; republishing or commercially using the report template or interpretive content is not.

This copyright statement and all intellectual property matters related to Innerly are governed by the laws of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property legislation.
