Most personality quizzes online entertain you. This one is different. It is a serious instrument used by researchers worldwide, presented thoughtfully, for your own reflection.

Within each dimension, you will see six finer facets — thirty in all — that give you genuine depth, not just labels.
Beyond the scores themselves, your detailed report will include:

This assessment uses the IPIP-NEO-120, a public-domain personality inventory developed by Dr John A. Johnson (Penn State University, 2014). It is one of the most extensively validated free Big Five instruments available, with reliability coefficients above 0.81 across samples of over 600,000 respondents.
Items have been carefully adapted for Indian English by Innerly. Indian percentile norms are in development — for now, your scores are compared against the international reference sample. As more Indian respondents complete the assessment, we will publish India-specific norms.
Innerly keeps all your personal details and responses you give as part of this assessment strictly confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy to know more about how we treat your data.
